A binding engagement is created only by a written engagement letter or service agreement signed by an authorised representative of Customs Meridian.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Customs Meridian and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
